What are Bristan launching a Lifetime Guarantee?
As of 1st April 2026, we’re introducing a Lifetime Guarantee across our kitchen taps, bathroom taps, mixer showers, shower accessories and bathroom accessories ranges to formalise our long-standing commitment to product quality and customer support. 


What does ‘Lifetime Guarantee’ mean?

For eligible products purchased on or after 1st April 2026, we will:
- Repair
- Replace
- Refund (the original purchase price)
where a product is proven to have a material defect in design, materials or workmanship. Proof of purchase is required.

 
What products are covered by the Lifetime Guarantee?

Lifetime on parts and finishes:

Bathroom taps

Kitchen taps

Mixer taps

Mixer shower valves

Accessories (including hoses, handsets and rails)

Also included:

1 year labour on taps and mixer shower valves.


What is not covered for Lifetime?

Shower pumps (3 years parts, 1 year labour)

Contract/commercial installations (1-year parts & finishes, 1 year labour)

Value range (5 years parts & finishes) within contract and 1 year labour

Special or one-off products where specified

Products purchased before 1st April 2026

 

What conditions apply?

The guarantee does not apply where:

Products bought from unauthorised sellers

Incorrect installation

Repairs made using non-Bristan or Heritage Bathrooms parts

Accidental damage, deliberate misuse, or use outside the product’s intended purpose

Damage caused by inappropriate cleaning products (e.g., bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive pads)

Damage caused by debris or limescale

Product is used in outdoor environments

Any form of compensation for loss of use or other consequential loss
