Competition prize: Claims terms and conditions

1. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and those of the On Tap Rewards program. All new claims submitted for any products purchased since 01/09/23 will be entered into a random draw to win a prize bundle. Only claims submitted from 01/11/23 to 30/11/23 will be eligible to be entered into this draw. Products must have been purchased within the last two months (since 01/09/23) to be eligible, new claims only. All claimable Bristan products are eligible for this.
2. Prize: 500 bonus On Tap Rewards points, a £25 Costa Coffee gift card, a Stanley rolling workshop, a Bristan merch goody bag, a chrome Echo Easyfit kitchen tap, and a chrome Polo bathroom tap.
3. All new claims submitted between 01/11/23 and 30/11/23 are eligible. One (1) winner will be selected at random on 04/12/23 from all claims received and the winner will be notified on or after this date. If, within 14 calendar days of the first attempted contact, the chosen winner cannot be contacted or does not accept their prize, they will forfeit, and a new winner will be selected. If this replacement winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 calendar days, the prize in its entirety shall be forfeited and no further winners will be chosen.
4. Open only to valid existing or new members of the On Tap Rewards scheme. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Employees of Bristan, Bristan Group, Masco, or any associated entity are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per product claim will be accepted.
5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we, as Bristan, shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
6. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
7. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to enable fulfilment of the Prize. The winner’s name may be posted on the social media profiles of Bristan after the winner has been selected.
8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. Our decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
