Please read before you enter our promotion:
- These official rules set forth the terms and conditions (“the Terms”) that apply to the “Bristan Easyfit Head2Head Challenge – Wickes Design and Installation Event 2025” Competition between the Opening Date and the Closing Date (“the Competition”) as promoted by Bristan Group Limited (company number 1318148) whose registered office is at 1 Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 5AB, a Masco Company (“the Promoter”).
- Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of the Terms. By entering the Competition all entrants will be deemed to be bound by the Terms.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the conduct of the Competition and all matters relating to the Competition, the decision and interpretation of the Promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
- The Competition is open to residents in UK who are aged 18 or over.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, their affiliated brands and companies or any other persons professionally connected with the Competition, or their immediate families are excluded from entering the Competition.
- The opening date of the Competition is 09.00am on Wednesday 10th December 2025 (the “Opening Date”) and the Closing Date is 17.00pm on Wednesday 10th December 2025 (“the Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date shall not be included in the Competition.
- No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries they believe to be in contravention of the promotion rules and regulations detailed in these Terms and Conditions, including entries from competing organisations.
- To enter the Competition, entrants will need to attend the Wickes Design and Installation Event 2025 on Wednesday 10th December 2025 and participate in the Bristan Easyfit Head2Head Challenge on the Bristan stand (stand number BDI03). Entrants must successfully complete the Bristan Easyfit Head2Head Challenge game in the quickest time that day to win the Prize. Any entrant that takes part in the game, must enter their full name, company name, job title, email address and mobile phone number via the QR code on the Bristan Easyfit Head2Head Challenge counter at the Wickes Design and Installation Event 2025 exhibition (the URL for the Competition form entry is https://www.bristan.com/wickes-dc-easyfit-challenge-2025, all between the Opening Date and Closing Date. No purchase necessary.
- There’s one Prize available to be awarded, which is a £100 Amazon voucher. Delivery to the winner’s legal U.K. residence only, at the Promoter’s cost. The winner of the Prize will be the entrant at the top of the Competition leaderboard at the end of the of Wickes Design and Installation Event 2025 and received in accordance with the Terms. The Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted, except by Promoter who may, at its sole discretion, substitute a Prize, or any item therein with a Prize or substitute item of equal or greater value. The Prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.
- The Prize is provided by Bristan Group Limited (the “Promoter”).

- The winner will be notified that he/she has won by email within 28 days after the Closing Date or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, via an email to the email address used to enter the competition by the entrant. The Promoter may also choose to contact the winner via a phone call to the mobile phone number used to enter the competition by the entrant. Entrants will not be contacted if they have not won.

- Upon receipt of notification that they have won, the winner will be required to contact the Promoter to claim their Prize and make the necessary arrangements to claim their Prize. The winner must respond to the Promoter, claiming their Prize within 7 working days of first being contacted by the Promoter. If the winner refuses the prize or does not fully or timely respond to the Promoter within the time specified, they shall forfeit their right to receive the Prize, and the Promoter may award the prize to the next entrant with the quickest time on the Competition leaderboard. After two unsuccessful attempts to award the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and may not be awarded.

- Late, incomplete, or corrupted entries or those not made in accordance with the Terms will be automatically disqualified. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries delayed for any reason whatsoever. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for ineligible, lost, misdirected (including into spam/junk folders) or incomplete entries, nor for any failure to collect entries.

- The winning claim is subject to a full verification process, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner if the Promoter is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that the winner is not eligible, or if the Promoter has grounds to believe that any winner has breached any of the Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner if there is suspicion of illegal activity, artifice or fraud, or if the Promoter has any reason to believe that the winner has acted improperly or in contravention of the Terms.

- In the event of the winner being disqualified for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter may select an alternative winner at random from all other valid entries submitted.

- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the Competition or any element thereof and the Closing Date without notice for circumstances which are beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter also reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time. In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

- Personal data provided by entrants will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR 2018 (“the Act”). For the purposes of the Act, the Data Controller is Bristan Group. Information provided by entrants will be used for the administration and management of the Competition, including (without limitation) for making arrangements with third parties for the delivery of the Prize to the winner. After the winner has been chosen, all entrants’ data will be kept for six months in case the Winner does not claim their prize. - By entering, the winner agrees to any publicity related to their win and gives permission to Bristan Group for distribution within the press.

- The name of the winner may be obtained up to 30 days after the Closing Date by sending a request in writing along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: “Bristan Easyfit Head2Head Challenge – Installer Show 2025”, Marketing Team, Bristan Group, Birch Coppice Business Park, Dordon, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B78 1SG.

- Subject to clause 23, if the Promoter fails to comply with the Terms, the Promoter shall only be liable to the entrant for any losses that she or he suffers as a result of the Promoter’s failure to comply (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.
- Subject to clause 23, the Promoter will not be liable for losses that result from the Promoter’s failure to comply with the Terms that fall into the following categories:
- loss of income or revenue;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- waste of management or office time.
- Nothing in the Terms excludes or limits in any way the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the Promoter’s liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

- By entering the competition, the entrant hereby warrants that all information submitted by them is true, current and complete and that they are of the appropriate age to enter the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof as to the eligibility of entrants.
