Please read before you enter our Giveaway:
1. These official rules set forth the terms and conditions (“the Terms”) that apply to the “Installer Show 2026 - Bristan Giveaway Win £500 Of Bristan Products” Giveaway between the Opening Date and the Closing Date (“the Giveaway”) as promoted by Bristan Group Limited (company number 1318148) whose registered office is at 1 Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 5AB, a Masco Company (“the Promoter”).
2. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of the Terms. By entering the Giveaway all entrants will be deemed to be bound by the Terms.
3. In the event of any dispute regarding the conduct of the Giveaway and all matters relating to the Giveaway, the decision and interpretation of the Promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
4. The Giveaway is open to residents in UK who are aged 18 or over and are plumbers/installers/trade professionals.
5. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, their affiliated brands and companies or any other persons professionally connected with the Giveaway, or their immediate families are excluded from entering the Giveaway.
6. The opening date of the Giveaway is 10.00am on Tuesday 21st July 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and the Closing Date is 4.00pm on Friday 21th August 2026 (“the Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date shall not be included in the Giveaway.
7. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries they believe to be in contravention of the promotion rules and regulations detailed in these Terms and Conditions, including entries from competing organisations.
8. Multiple entries are not permitted and only one entry per person is permitted. Any person reasonably suspected of having created multiple email accounts or using or benefiting from artifice for the purpose of participating or entering the Giveaway shall be disqualified.
9. To enter the Giveaway, entrants must be attendees of the InstallerSHOW 2026 and be plumbing, heating, trade or other relevant industry professionals identified through InstallerSHOW 2026 registered visitor badge scans at the Bristan Group Ltd stand. To enter the Giveaway, eligible entrants must complete and submit the online entry form available at https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/019ef3cc42997f2a9225903f10c39ef2 between the Opening Date and Closing Date.
All fields on the entry form are mandatory and must be completed in full. Entrants will be required to provide responses to the following questions:
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Which brands do you currently install or stock?
• Which products are most relevant to your business?
• How many installs do you complete per month?
• What typically are your installs?
• Are you considering trying a new brand in the next 3 months?
• What are your top three priorities when choosing a brand?
• I agree to the competition T&Cs
Upon successful submission of the completed form, entrants will be automatically entered into the Giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and all between the Opening Date and Closing Date.
10. There are three (3) Prizes available to be awarded. Each Prize consists of a bundle of Bristan products selected by the winner, up to a maximum value of £500 RRP ("the Prize/Prizes"). The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received via the online entry form during the Giveaway period and in accordance with these Terms. Each entrant may only win one Prize. The winners will be notified by email following the prize draw using the email address provided on entry. Winners will be contacted with details of how to select their Bristan products and may be required to provide additional information to facilitate prize fulfilment. Delivery will be made to a valid U.K. address at the Promoter's cost. The Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted, except by the Promoter who may, at its sole discretion, substitute the Prize, or any item therein, with a prize or substitute item of equal or greater value. The Prize will only be awarded directly to the stated number of winners.
11. The Prize is provided by Bristan Group Limited (the “Promoter”).
12. The winners will be notified that they have won by email within 28 days after the Closing Date or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, via an email to the email address used to enter the giveaway by the entrant.
13. Upon receipt of notification that they have won, the winners will be required to contact the Promoter to claim their Prize and make the necessary arrangements to claim their Prize. The winners must respond to the Promoter, claiming their Prize within 7 working days of first being contacted by the Promoter. If any winner refuses the prize or does not fully or timely respond to the Promoter within the time specified, they shall forfeit their right to receive the Prize, and the Promoter may award the prize to the next entrant with the quickest time on the Giveaway leaderboard. After two unsuccessful attempts to award the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and may not be awarded.
14. Late, incomplete, or corrupted entries or those not made in accordance with the Terms will be automatically disqualified. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries delayed for any reason whatsoever. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for ineligible, lost, misdirected (including into spam/junk folders) or incomplete entries, nor for any failure to collect entries.
15. Winning claims are subject to a full verification process and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the Promoter is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that the winner is not eligible, or if the Promoter has grounds to believe that any winner has breached any of the Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any winner if there is suspicion of illegal activity, artifice or fraud, or if the Promoter has any reason to believe that the winner has acted improperly or in contravention of the Terms.
16. In the event of any winner being disqualified for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter may select an alternative winner at random from all other valid entries submitted.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the Giveaway or any element thereof and the Closing Date without notice for circumstances which are beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter also reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time. In the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
18. Personal data provided by entrants will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR 2018 (“the Act”). For the purposes of the Act, the Data Controller is Bristan Group. Information provided by entrants will be used for the administration and management of the Giveaway, including (without limitation) for making arrangements with third parties for the delivery of the Prize to the winners. After the winners have been chosen, all entrants’ data will be kept for six months in case the Winner does not claim their prize. 19. By entering, the winners agree to any publicity related to their win and gives permission to Bristan Group for distribution within the press.
20. Subject to clause 23, if the Promoter fails to comply with the Terms, the Promoter shall only be liable to the entrant for any losses that she or he suffers as a result of the Promoter’s failure to comply (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) which are a foreseeable consequence of such failure.
21. Subject to clause 23, the Promoter will not be liable for losses that result from the Promoter’s failure to comply with the Terms that fall into the following categories:
(a) loss of income or revenue;
(b) loss of business;
(c) loss of profits;
(d) loss of anticipated savings;
(e) loss of data; or
(f) waste of management or office time.
22. Nothing in the Terms excludes or limits in any way the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the Promoter’s liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
23. By entering the giveaway, the entrant hereby warrants that all information submitted by them is true, current and complete and that they are of the appropriate age to enter the Giveaway. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof as to the eligibility of entrants.
24. The Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
