New and improved 10 year guarantees

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality, we’ve increased our guarantee on a range of our bathroom and kitchen taps to 10 years.

The update was made possible by comprehensive lifecycle testing and the introduction of enhanced components, which includes a large-scale investment into new cartridges, developed in conjunction with leading global cartridge manufacturer, Sedal.

So, when you fit a Bristan tap you know that every part will last (including the cartridge).


What are the new Bristan guarantees?

As of 1st April 2021, we’re improving guarantees on our kitchen and bathroom taps from 5 to 10 years so installers can have additional quality reassurance – giving you even more reasons to recommend Bristan.


How are Bristan upgrading the taps?

Why are Bristan extending the guarantees?

It’s all part of our ongoing commitment to quality. We already have a leading position in the market when it comes to the quality of our taps. They are tested to 500,000 cycles within our UKAS accredited in-house facility, and are engineered to all UK water regulation standards. Now we are rubber stamping our confidence in quality with a new 10-year guarantee.


The new guarantees are available across Bristan’s core range of kitchen and bathroom taps (some exclusions apply).
