From August 2021 our Rapid 3 in 1 and 4 in 1 Taps are being upgraded.

Featuring a new and improved filter to combat the effects of limescale for customers in hard water areas, this upgraded filter gives you the same stylish taps but with increased resilience to limescale build up. 

Our new filter or kit, RAP SCALE FILT or RAP SCALE FILT KIT, can be retrofitted to the Rapid taps quickly and easily.

But don’t worry the existing filter and kit are still available as well, just order RAP FILT or RAP FILT KIT.

Whether or not you live in a hard water area, our new and improved filter can give you even more benefits when using your Boiling Water Tap, including:

• Removes limescale - the filter removes limescale and eliminates issues caused by hard water. Limescale molecules are removed and replaced ensuring that the water supply is completely safe and prolonging the life of the product.

• Clean before it starts - the filter includes pre-filtration which cleans water before it even enters the system, this filter can remove more dirt and debris.

• Even cleaner water - fine filtration and a solid membrane filter removes even smaller particles once water enters, and if anything does get through the fine filtration, it’s filtered again via a membrane that removes any remaining small particles.

• Even better taste and quality - using a carbon block, the filter absorbs chlorine and other chemicals to improve the water quality and the taste, giving you the perfect tasting tea or coffee.
