Can't find your product?

If your purchase is through one of our partners such as Plumb Centre, Screwfix, B&Q, Wickes, or Victorian Plumbing, often their product codes don't always appear in our search. Therefore, please send us an email containing your name, product number and proof of purchase to POP@bristan.com.

We will then process your warranty as quickly as possible.


By registering your Bristan product you can benefit in the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault with your product. To enable you to claim against your guarantee please provide a copy of your proof of purchase.
