While 2020 hasn’t quite turned out how many of us expected it to, I’ve been amazed by the strength and ingenuity of both colleagues and customers alike.
To our loyal Bristan customers – whether you’re an installer or an independent merchant or showroom – I’d just like to say thank you for continuing to promote, sell and install our products. The lengths that everybody has had to go to this year has been absolutely extraordinary. Without our customers, we are nothing.
I’m especially proud that, despite all the challenges, we have managed to maintain our high scores within our recent independent customer satisfaction survey. To score highly across such key service areas as delivery and customer service is testament to the hard work and professionalism of our teams.
Despite the reduced staff levels and the numerous other challenges that COVID-19 has brought, our customer, operations and warehouse teams have been nothing short of phenomenal. We might not always get it right, but you can rest assured that we’re always striving to make things better for our customers.
Finally, I’d also like to thank my own sales team. Our industry is all about relationships and developing those through face-to-face contact. The pandemic has forced us to rethink the way in which we engage with our customers, and we’ve all had to adapt to virtual working and digital technology.
Since returning to work, you’ve delivered some amazing results for us, and in turn, for our merchants and showrooms.
