Potential Delivery Disruptions2012 is also an exciting year for other reasons outside of our industry, notably the Queens Diamond Jubilee celebrations as well as the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games. We are committed to maintaining our industry-leading customer service levels during these events however we are mindful that there are some areas which may experience disruption due to national security and logistics measures which have been imposed to ensure their safe operation.
