Marketing & Sales

The Marketing team are responsible for developing and driving both business and brand strategy throughout the organisation and are committed to successfully bringing our great products to market.

The Sales representatives and their support team work closely with Marketing to build strong customer relationships through maximising our understanding of their product requirements and of wider market opportunities.

Warehousing & Distribution

Our state-of-the-art distribution facility covers over 210,000 sq ft and delivers world class performance achieving 98% Complete On Time and In Full (COTIF) deliveries on average across all products ranges.

Operations & Supply Chain

Our Operations and Supply Chain teams support the development, manufacturing and procurement of all our products. They are also instrumental in managing product availability and ensuring we meet our 24 hour delivery promise.

Product Management

The Product Management team maintain product vitality by developing our portfolio and managing product life-cycles across all of our ranges. They develop and direct cross-functional teams to make sure they are able to produce well-designed and innovative products that reflect our brand identity.

Customer Contact

Our large UK based Customer Contact team respond to over 1,000 calls a day and are key to Bristan’s mission to provide an extraordinary customer experience by providing unrivalled levels of service and aftercare.

Quality

The Quality team make sure every product performs to the highest quality and safety standards, that all departments develop procedural excellence and ensures Bristan maintains our independently audited ISO 9001:2008 status.

Design & Product Development

Bristan products are known for offering ‘liveable style’ and our Design Team make sure all of the products we offer not only look great but are also easy to use to create an enjoyable bathroom experience.

Human Resources

The Human Resources (HR) team are passionate about our people and work hard to keep our employees engaged so they can continue to produce great products and provide exceptional service. The HR team also provide our employees with the professional development and tools they need to make the Bristan Group a great place to work.

Finance

The Finance Team manage all of the company’s financial activities and provide meticulous accounting and reporting to all areas of the business.

IT

The IT department are trusted business partners and deliver professional and customer-focused IT systems and services.
